- Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Must have: Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
- With a background in automotive but not required
- With at least 2-4 years of related working experience
- Willing to travel
- With Automotive background is a PLUS
- Willing to be assigned at Mc Arthur Highway San Rafael, Tarlac City
