Job Description

WE NEED 6 BRANCH MANAGER!

Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient customer service.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch targets and increase profitability.
Manage staff resources, including training, performance evaluation, and development.
Maintain inventory control and merchandising to optimize sales.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in retail or branch management
