Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service delivery
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience
• Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous operational excellence
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations
• Lead and mentor a team of store managers, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives, projects, and process improvements

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail operations management role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Familiarity with retail industry best practices, including inventory management, customer service, and process optimization
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
