Description

• Operational oversight: Manage and improve the productivity and efficiency of manpower, overseeing warehouse inventory, daily deliveries, and sales invoices.
• Financial management: Monitor accounts receivable, remittances, and collections.
• Reporting: Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
• Staff management: Manage and motivate a team, which may include handling 20+ people in roles such as deliveries, warehousemen, and encoders.
• Policy implementation: Strictly implement company policies and procedures.
• College graduate
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and operations.
• Willingness to work ASAP and ability to work under pressure.
