- Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance performance and career development.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a managerial role or similar position.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong marketing skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with clients and team members.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer-focused attitude.
