Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Mall Manager to oversee the strategic and operational performance of our Manila cluster, comprising XentroMall San Andres, XentroMall Sta. Ana, Pamilihang Bayan ng Trabaho, and Pamilihang Bayan ng Sampaloc. The Mall Manager serves as the primary leader for these locations, ensuring operational excellence, high occupancy rates, and a superior customer experience while maintaining the company’s standards for profitability and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence & Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of all four facilities, ensuring that maintenance, cleanliness, and infrastructure standards are consistently met.
• Financial & Performance Oversight: Manage the cluster’s Profit & Loss (P&L), drive revenue growth, manage operating expenses, and ensure income targets are met in alignment with management directives.
• Strategic Policy Implementation: Champion the consistent application of corporate policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines across all locations to maintain brand integrity.
• Tenant Relations & Leasing: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants. Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships, handle lease renewals, and proactively address tenant concerns to minimize turnover.
• Property Enhancement: Lead initiatives to improve the aesthetic and physical value of the malls, identifying areas for modernization or repair to enhance foot traffic and tenant satisfaction.
• Safety & Security Leadership: Implement and monitor robust security and safety protocols to provide a secure environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare timely and accurate reports on financial performance, operational metrics, and facility status for executive review.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain professional relationships with third-party service providers, government agencies, and community stakeholders to support smooth mall operations.

Qualification Standards

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in property, mall, or retail operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
