Description
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure achievement of key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement effective growth strategies to enhance client base and revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level:5–8 years in banking or financial services
- Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Qualities and Traits:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
