Description

As a Sr. Tech Sales Operations Manager your key responsibilities includes team management and overseeing high-level Operations duties, such as Client Management, Performance Management, Contracts Management, Financial Management (P&L). Drive the business Key Performance Indicators - Revenue, Profitability and Relationships.

Requirement

  • Must have at least 2-3 years relevant experience as a Sr. Tech Sales Account Manager.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of BPO End to end Tech Sales operations management experience.
  • Expert in Process Transformation, Service Delivery, Risk Management, Account Management.
  • Experience in Coaching, Reporting, and Stakeholder management is highly preferred.
  • Amenable to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong and Clark, Pampanga, GY, onsite work setup.
