Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process payments to vendors.
• Assist with payment reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and payments.
• Reconcile accounts with vendors and clients.
• Assist with basic tax and compliance filings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accountant.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with bookkeeping or similar roles is a plus.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
