Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related work
- Knowledgeable in billing procedures and financial documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate billing statements and invoices
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable records
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns and payment follow-ups
- Verify supporting documents and billing computations
- Maintain organized billing records and reports
- Assist in month-end and year-end billing activities
