- Update and encode individual usage of temporary electric and water reading. Prepare individual temporary electric and water usage billings and print for distribution.
- Receive Electric and Water Billings from external provider and prepare Request For Payment (RFP), check completeness of attachments.
- Perform preparation of water and electric data for financial data.
- Prepare a list of active and delinquent accounts.
- Prepare job requests for new connections, re-connection, and disconnection of water service Issuance of monthly water reading forms
- Prepare summary of billing
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Take minutes of meetings.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Maintain contact lists
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Send e-mail to the customer/clients e-statements of account on monthly basis.
- Received from the customer/clients proof of payment and verify it with the collection department.
- Assist in sending copy of official receipts to the unit owners
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts per unit owner
- Communicate with accounting department with regards to the unpaid/arrears of client/unit owners
