The Billing Staff performs billing for all services rendered, van hires and other billable expenses, posting of entries of these accounts to subsidiary ledger and follow certain procedures necessary in the preparation of Service Reports, service reports details and other projects. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Check valid claims against clients’ and other parties giving rise to receivables. 
• Service Report should be reported at appropriate amounts and valuation. 
• Submission of billing report summary. 
• Summary Accounts Receivable (AR) with updated posting of payments including its status report. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• College graduate of business, accounting, or equivalent course. 
• Computer literate. Must have knowledge in advance to excel. 
• Must be organized and keen to details. 
• Has strong communication and analytical skills.
