Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates for candidates with degree in Finance & Accountancy.
• At least one (1) year related work experience in Billing & Collection.

1. Customer facing experience

2. Understand the Billing and Account Receivables (AR) process

3. Basic knowledge on AR Ageing and Statement of Account

4. Basic understanding of Philippine tax (VAT, EWT only)

5. Analytical skill assessment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills both verbal & written
• Work Schedule: Monday- Saturday (halfday), Report to Office

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing day-to-day collection activities, ensuring strong collection performance through timely submission of invoices and payment applications to clients. The role requires regular coordination with clients to address inquiries and resolve disputes in partnership with Quantity Surveyors. Additionally, the position serves as a subject matter expert for Credit and Collection processes, ensuring efficient handling of accounts and maintaining positive client relationships.
