Description
- Provide expert advice on beauty products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in choosing the right products based on their individual needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
- Conduct sales training sessions for new team members.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Inventory Management, Sales Management, Public Speaking, Teamwork
- Responsibilities and Duties: Customer engagement and product recommendations
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for beauty products
