- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Take inventory and manage stock levels.
- Adhere to licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in bartending or customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and upselling capabilities
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced bar environment, evening and weekend hours may be required
- Qualities and Traits: Flexible, friendly, outgoing, and adaptable to various customer needs
