Responsibilities
- Contributes in creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter
- Assists in weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
- Rotationally assigned in inventory of stocks/supplies and checking expiration dates/best before dates
- Reports to executive chef on matters regarding production and operations
- Maintains visual appeal, good quality and the availability of baked goods on display and reports it to immediate superior in a timely manner
- Maintains clean and tidy bakery counter and production area
- Carry out before and after care, e.g.; cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for next day operations
