Description
- Prepare doughs and batters for bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for optimal product quality.
- Decorate and present baked items for display and sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
- Follow recipes and adjust as necessary to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of baking experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes precisely and work efficiently under pressure.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
