• Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and processes.
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
