- Operate backhoe machinery for various construction and excavation tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on backhoe equipment.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level:1–3 years of experience in construction or heavy machinery operation.
- Skills and Competencies:Professional license 1238, driving skills, attention to detail, completed NC2 certification.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to operate backhoe loaders and other heavy machinery safely.
- Qualities and Traits:Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
