Job Description
The ideal candidate will operate heavy machinery efficiently and safely to complete construction and excavation tasks.
- Operate a backhoe to excavate, load, and move materials as required.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols during operations.
- Coordinate with the team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Report any equipment issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Proven experience operating a backhoe or similar equipment.
- Must have NC II certificate
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and basic repairs.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented.
