1.    Assist the Senior Manager in organizing and supervising work in the production department.

2.    Plan, lead organize, and control the day-to-day operation of the Department/Section.

3.    Monitors and recommends changes in work methods/and or equipment usage to improve labor utilization, production efficiency, and department expenses.

4.    Conducts new hires and ongoing training in production.

5.    Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that standards for production, quality housekeeping, and safety are met.

6.    Follow written and verbal instructions, attend meetings, and perform other tasks as directed by Sr. Manager.

7.    Ensure that schedules and objectives are met.

8.     Performs other duties as required and reports to Factory Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Assembly Manager or in a similar role within the electronics or PCB manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of PCB assembly processes, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant industry regulations is a plus.
