Description
- Supervise and manage daily marketing activities to promote the resort.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to optimize guest experiences.
- Ensure all promotional materials are updated and effectively communicated.
- Monitor competitor marketing strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in marketing or hospitality management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
