Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With District Manager, Area Manager, or pharmaceutical field force management experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Medical Representatives within the assigned district
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct field coaching, performance reviews, and team development activities
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program execution
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
• Prepare and submit accurate reports and territory updates
