Job Description
Description
- Supervise daily store operations and staff performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
- Train and mentor new staff to adhere to company policies.
- Assist with sales strategies to maximize store profitability.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Retail Management or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of retail supervisory experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage team schedules and performance evaluations
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
