Description
- Overseeing and facilitation of operations, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our service/s.
- Managing employees schedules and performance monitoring to ensure that each branch is profitable and in order.
- Recommends strategic operations system to President and VP together with co-Operation Officers.
- Manages, executes and report the Branch's expenses on repairs and maintenance/mall charges if there is any.
- Assists in sourcing out freelance external service provider for repair and maintenance and Monitoring their operational performance /accomplishment.
- Managing both the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
- Leads, monitor and analyze the daily operations of the branches.
- Responsible for sustaining a healthy, positive team environment, and ensuring that service operations are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
- Give Credits and rewards to staff/Branch with excellent performance.
