AOM will do the coordination of FP,TP and TA activities;
Ensure execution of planned BTL's and other tasks & responsibilities of FP's, TP's and TA's;
Monitoring and evaluating performance of team;
Weekly & Monthly Reports and;
People Development and Management.

Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field. A Master Degree is a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Management (Agriculture Industry)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Outstanding communications skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to travel as needed for business purposes
