Create sales and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Understand the market, competition, and customer preferences to stay ahead.
Design programs to improve sales performance and expand the business.

Bachelor's degree in business-related course or equivalent
3+ years experience as Area Manager/Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager in a retail and/or fast food industry
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on-site
With a driver's license and can drive a motorcycle/vehicle
