Description

The Area Coordinator Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and supervising personnel within the designated area. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, effective team management, and alignment with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.


Personnel Supervision:

  • Lead and oversee a team of area coordinators, providing support, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and service delivery.


Operational Coordination:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to service standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback, team performance, and operational metrics to upper management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to align objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.


Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing client engagement and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding services or improving existing offerings based on client feedback.


Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure that all activities comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • years of experience in personnel management and client relations, Area Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in housekeeping industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of project management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.


Work Location:

  • Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
