Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Licensed Civil Engineer.
• With at least 3–5 years experience in Fit-Out Construction Industry.
• Experienced in handling commercial, residential, office, or retail fit-out projects.
• Knowledgeable in interior fit-out works, construction methods, and site supervision.
• Can read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and can start immediately.

• Commercial/Retail Fit-Out
• Residential Interior Fit-Out
• Restaurant or Mall Fit-Out Projects

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fit-out construction activities on site.
• Monitor project progress based on approved plans, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
• Monitor manpower productivity and material usage.
• Ensure project completion within target schedule and budget.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients and project teams.
