Can supervise architectural graduates, patient, has the ability to lead, hardworking, able to multi task
Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets and work timetables
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities on site
Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes and other regulations
Schedule and coordinate all construction processes so that project meets design specifications
Ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget
Develop and implement quality control programs
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs
Willing to do site supervision
Proficient in CAD 2D Drawing, Sketch Up 3D Modelling
Knowledgeable in VRay rendering and other software
Knowledge in building construction and estimates

Graduate of Architecture
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to assign Bacoor, Cavite Area (2 open positions)
Willing to assign in Mandaluyong (2 open positions)
