  • Develop and Execute Architectural Designs
  1. Create conceptual designs, technical drawings, and specifications for office projects.
  2. Ensure design accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project goals.


  • Lead and Coordinate Project Teams
  1. Supervise and mentor junior architects, draftsmen, and other design staff.
  2. Assign tasks, review outputs, and provide constructive feedback.


  • Space Planning and Optimization
  1. Design layouts that maximize efficiency, workflow, and comfort.
  2. Apply ergonomic, functional, and sustainable design principles.


  • Select and Approve Materials and Finishes
  1. Evaluate and recommend materials, furnishings, and finishes based on aesthetics, durability, and cost efficiency.
  2. Approve final selections for procurement.


  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations
  1. Review and verify that plans meet building codes, zoning laws, accessibility standards, and environmental regulations.
  2. Apply sustainable architecture practices where feasible.


  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
  1. Work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and proper execution.
  2. Resolve design-related issues during all project stages.


  • Conduct Site Visits and Inspections
  1. Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with approved plans.
  2. Identify and address any deviations or nonconformities.


  • Manage Project Timelines and Budgets
  1. Track deliverables, schedules, and costs for architectural work.
  2. Implement corrective measures to meet deadlines and financial targets.


  • Prepare Documentation and Reports
  1. Maintain organized records of designs, revisions, and approvals.
  2. Present project updates to clients and management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • 1-3 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
