Description
- Design and develop innovative architectural plans and structures.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and conceptualize design solutions.
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and coordinate construction activities.
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure design integrity during implementation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in architectural design
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and interior design
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage project planning and coordination effectively
