- Licensed Architect (PRC Registered)
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledgeable in the National Building Code of the Philippines, BP 344, Fire Code, and related standards
- Familiar with government design standards and green building principles
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in the Negros Island Region and travel as required
Job Requirements
- Prepare, review, and evaluate architectural plans, designs, and layouts
- Ensure that designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and accessibility requirements
- Coordinate with the Lead Engineer and Project Engineer on design and construction activities
- Supervise and monitor architectural works to ensure quality and adherence to approved plans
- Review contractors’ architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on architectural progress and compliance
- Maintain and update architectural documentation, drawings, and as-built plans
