Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on-site operations to ensure work is completed as per design and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering standards and codes
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and material records
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, blueprints, and technical plans
• Ensure the implementation of health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents
• Provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to interpret and modify construction drawings
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
