Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (3rd year and above preferred).
• Strong interest in architectural design, planning, and construction.
• Organized and able to handle administrative tasks such as appointment booking and coordination.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Support in the preparation of design presentations and client proposals.
• Conduct research on materials, design trends, and sustainable building practices.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate schedules, set appointments, and assist in booking meetings or site visits for the project team.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to observe construction progress and compliance with design.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of design documents.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervising architect.
