Description
- Design and develop architectural plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Ensure all plans meet legal standards and building codes.
- Attend client meetings, presenting designs and incorporating feedback.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends and design-best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional experience in a related architecture role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp, layout applications, and Adobe Illustrator. Strong design and drafting skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop architectural designs, create project plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional visits to construction sites; must be willing to work extra hours to meet project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, excellent communication and project management skills, capability to work in a team, and adaptability to new challenges.
