Description

*Performs General architectural works including architectural design, site visit and inspections and prapares related reports.

*Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards and requirements

*writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed interfaces with supplies required.

*Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project sites.

* Collaborate with the Merchandising and marketing teams to develop effective store layouts that ailgn with brand image and business goals.

*Utilize CAD software to create floor plans, fixture layouts, and visual merchandising presentations.

*Analyze sales data to inform store layout decisions.

*Create detailed floor plans for retail stores.

*Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

*Ensure Store layouts are functional and aesthetically pleasing.

*Manage multiple project simulationsly.

*Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

*Work with vendors to source fixtures and displays.

*Ensure compliance with company standards.

*Optimize space utilization to maximize sales.

*Conduct sites visits to assess store layouts.

*Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies.

*Prepare and present Layout proposals to management.

*Monitor and evaluate the performance of store layouts.

*Collaborate with managers to Address layout issues.

*Provide Training and Support to store staff on layout changes.

*Maintain accurate records of store layouts and changes.

*Assist in Planning of new Store openings.

*Review and coordinate store layout changes.

*participate in team meetings.

*Prepare reports and presentations on store planning activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
Construction supervision experience, a plus.
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of retail operations and space planning.
Creative thinker with a strong visual sense
Ability to work Independently and as part of a team.
Experience with project management software
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with budget management.
Ability to interpret and analyze sales data. ◦ Strong negotiation skills.
Flexibility to travel for store visits and proJect coordination.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
Willingness to work independently or with a team.
