• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of Andamar's properties to ensure safe and aesthetically pleasing environments.
• Quickly respond to and resolve repair issues including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain building exteriors and common areas, ensuring high standards are met consistent with Andamar's commitment in Real Estate & Property Management.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs to extend the longevity of Andamar's facilities.
• Work closely with the management team to prioritize tasks and contribute to operational efficiency.

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree

Experience Level:

- No prior experience required

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in routine inspection and general repairs

- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as replacing filters and light bulbs
