Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airport Lounge Officer to join our team. This role involves ensuring a high-quality experience for guests in our lounge, maintaining exceptional service standards, and overseeing daily operations.

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
• Oversee the daily operations of the lounge, including staff management and inventory control.
• Ensure that all services and offerings meet the highest quality standards.
• Interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the lounge.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff to uphold service excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or service operations.
• Previous experience in a lounge or food and beverage operation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with both staff and customers.
