- Diagnose issues and perform troubleshooting on various AC units.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintenance recommendations.

- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair; strong physical stamina.
- Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work in various weather; may involve heavy lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
