- Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning filters, coils, blowers, and condensers.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment.
- Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats, and wiring.
- Check refrigerant levels and perform proper charging and leak detection.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare service reports and document maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency repair requests when necessary.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
