AIRCON TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC) is an advantage
• At least 1 year experience in aircon installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting split-type, window-type, and inverter air conditioning units
• Can perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and refrigerant charging
• Knowledge in basic electrical works and HVAC systems
• Physically fit and willing to do field work
• With driver's license is an advantage
• Responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning services
• Conduct testing and ensure proper operation of units
• Prepare service reports and maintenance records
• Follow company safety procedures and standards
