- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT equipment issues in the field.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Document all service requests, solutions, and equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
