  • Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions in the database.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality service.
  • Meet performance metrics and goals.

Requirements

  • At least a College Graduate
  • Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
  • Experience in back-office/non-voice roles is a must
  • Strong communication skills (Good to Excellent)
  • Must be residing within Metro Manila
  • Willing to work full-time onsite at McKinley, Taguig City
  • Must have all necessary requirements ready
