*Job Responsibilities*
- *Operations*: Handle office desk work and occasional site visits
- *Coordination*: Arrange schedules, prepare materials, and coordinate staff/technical teams across all branches
- *Monitoring*: Review coordinator tasks, system updates, and monitor communications (Technical Line, Viber reports)
- *Finance & Admin*: Handle minor accounting work, manage documents, and review POs, liquidations, and payment requests
*Qualifications*
- *Education*: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
- *Experience*: Work experience is a plus, but not required. Fresh grads / career switchers welcome
- *Skills*: Strong multitasking abilities, great communication skills, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
- *Traits*: Sincere, humble, highly responsible, and driven to get promoted within the company
*Location*: Head Office – Pasay City
*Schedule*: 6 days a week, Fixed Day Off: Every Thursday
*Package*: ₱26,670.00 / month + Overtime Pay
