COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Total Package: Php 26,670.00 / month
Plus: Overtime Pay (if applicable)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations: Handle office desk work and occasional site visits.
• Coordination: Arrange schedules, prepare materials, and coordinate staff/technical teams across all branches.
• Monitoring: Review coordinator tasks, system updates, and monitor communications (Technical Line, Viber reports).
• Finance & Admin: Handle minor accounting work, manage documents, and review POs, liquidations, and payment requests.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
• Experience: Work experience is a plus, but not required (fresh grads/career switchers welcome!).
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, great communication skills, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Traits: Sincere, humble, highly responsible, and driven to get promoted within the company.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Work Days: 6 days a week (including holidays)
• Fixed Day Off: Every Thursday
• Location: Head Office – Pasay City
