Description

  1. Assist the PFF Technical Department- Grassroots Head to carry out his duties and responsibilities;
  2. Assist in the coordination and preparation of program, courses and activity;
  3. Assist in the coordination, preparation and communication of the youth national team activity;
  4. Help execute plans and projects or programs as assigned to you;
  5. File, prepare documents and maintain and keep records of coaches’ education events of the technical department; and
  6. Assisting with the day to day administration and implementation of all grassroots football activities;
  7. Perform such other functions connected with football related activities as may be assigned to you from time to time.
  8. Willing to be assigned to the Pasig area.
  9. The company will be transferred to Carmona, Cavite this year.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.


Experience Level:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive support to senior staff.
  • Skilled in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Strong written communication abilities.
  • Data entry experience with attention to detail.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.


Working Conditions:

  • Office setting, usually a 9-to-5 job with occasional overtime as needed.
  • May require sitting for extended periods.
