Description

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
  • Manage phone calls, correspondence, and secretarial duties.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update databases and records for personnel and other data.
  • Interact with clients and assist with recruitment processes.
  • Provide support to team managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive working environment within a HR & Recruitment firm.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1-year experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office supplies, schedule appointments, support staff with clerical tasks, handle correspondence, and assist with preparation of regular reports.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week with occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, with strong time-management skills and a professional demeanor.
