Description

  • Monitors and update the schedule of works of the cleaning staff in the office.
  • Maintains and ensures that all designated areas in the office are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Source out possible supplier for Pest Control service and prepares and coordinate the schedule of Pest Control of the Office to them.
  • Attend all concerns/queries of Executive House helper
  • Regularly updates the records of the fleet, vehicle financing details and insurance policies.
  • Ensure that all important details and documents of the trucks are uploaded in the dropbox, these include OrCr, Comprehensive Insurance Policy, pictures and other related documents.
  • Monitors all company and family owned vehicles registration, renewal, transfer of ownership, and other government mandated compliances.
  • Supervises the Liaison Officer in the renewal of LTO and LTFRB registration and other transactions with regards to the trucks.
  • Coordinates with LTO and LTFRB Officers and ensure that the necessary documents will be processed successfully and on time.
  • Reviews and consolidates list of fleets and service vehicles for the annual renewal of insurance coverage.
  • Coordinates and directly communicates with the insurance broker about the accident involvement of the vehicles and trucks.
  • Facilitate the application and submit the necessary documents for the insurance claims.
  • Coordinates with the Safety Department for the details of the accident and secure the necessary documents for the claim.
  • Coordinates properly with the financing companies the requirements for the application of loans of the trucks/units
  • Schedules company activities by creating a Calendar of Activities for the entire year.
  • Secures the original and scanned copy of the OrCr, Insurance and other documents and furnish the same to the financers and clients if necessary.
  • Secures the necessary permits and clearances to operate the business such as Mayor’s Permit, Business Permit, Fire Clearance, Barangay Clearance, etc.
  • Ensures a timely renewal of the necessary permits and clearances to operate the business.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements

  • Graduate of any degree
  • With experience in client management is a plus
  • With minimum of 3 year experience as admin officer
