Admin Assistant (1)
(Minimum NCR rate)
- College graduate preferably Business administration, Office Administration or related courses
- Assisting in executive and departmental meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up activities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, records, and other important company documents
- Support the Executive Office in planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of projects and strategic initiatives
- Perform other administrative, clerical, and coordination duties as assigned by Management.
